Placing Your Order
To order, simply browse through our online wig showroom. When you've made a selection, click the photo, or the "Learn More" button next to your selection. Then click the "Add to Cart" button. If you would like to make additional selections to add to your cart, simply press the "Continue Shopping" button. You may continue shopping until you complete your order. (If you are looking for a specific item and are not able to find it in our online showroom, please call us to ascertain availability. We do carry items that are not in our showroom.) Once your order is complete, press the "Check Out" button. At that time, you will be prompted for Account Information. After completing the Account Information Form, you will be taken to PayPal, the world's number one online payment service, to complete your transaction. Paypal is a convenient way for our customers to pay securely by credit card on our website.
To make your online shopping experience faster and easier, you may register with The Hair Network by completing the "My Account Information" form. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your shipping address and billing information once; they will be securely stored with us for future use. Using your e-mail address and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete, or change information.
If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to LOG OUT at the conclusion of your session. Your informant will still be stored with us, but it will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.
E-Mail Promotions
You will receive promotional e-mails from us. However, you will be given the opportunity to "opt out." If you choose to "opt-out," we will stop sending you e-mails. Please note that some e-mail promotions are prepared in advance, so you may continue to receive offers for a while after you have chosen to "opt-out." We appreciate your patience in giving us time to carry out your request.
We use your e-mails strictly for The Hair Network promotions only and do not share your e-mail address with any other individuals, or entities, for any reason, other than to process your order.
Order by Mail
To purchase your wig, or hairpiece by mail, print out the Order Form, located on the left hand side of the products page. Complete the form, indicating your selections and mail along with your cashier's check, or money order payable to The Hair Network. You also have the option to complete your order online and mailing in your check, or money order. We will process your order once we've received your method of payment. We accept personal checks and will process your order once the check has cleared. A FEE OF $25 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL RETURNED CHECKS. You may order by telephone Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. One of our customer service associates will gladly take your order. Please have your selections ready, complete with wig name, as well as your shipping information. You may access this option by calling:

Order by E-mail
You can e-mail your order to cnedd@thehairnetwork.com. Simply provide your selections, complete with wig name and shipping information. A customer service representative will call to ascertain your payment method and complete your order. You may e-mail your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment Options
Through PayPal, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and E-check. We also accept personal checks, cashier's checks and money orders. Credit card charges will appear as The Hair Network.
Online payments using any of the credit cards mentioned above are processed as follows:
- When you have made your selections and are ready to check-out, you will be requested to open an account with us by completing a form.
- Once the form has been completed, you will be taken to PayPal, an online payment service, to process your payment.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted. The Hair Network fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed within 1-12 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed on Fridays after 11 A.M. PST/2 P.M. EST will be processed the following Monday (next business day). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders. Depending on availability, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being processed. At such time, your order will be either ground, or air, shipped, depending on the chosen method of shipping that you enter on your order form.
Shipping and Handling
We offer 5 shipping options:
- USPS Express, takes 2-3 business days and costs $29.95, per order.
- Canada Air, takes 5-14 business days and costs $29.95, per order.
- International, takes 8-14 business days and costs $39.95, per order.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will be shipped by USPS Regular Service only.
You will be notified by e-mail when your shipment has left for delivery.

Shipping Delays
We take no responsibility for late shipments. The customer is responsible for any destination problems, i.e., incorrect billing information and/or shipping to a wrong, an alternate address, if they're not home when the shipment arrives, and/or duty for international customers. All of these situations may cause shipping delays, as all orders must be verified.
Additionally, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather, systems failures, or other causes outside of our control.
Return/Exchange Policy
The Hair Network wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return, or exchange, the order within 10 business days. We will provide store credit for any returns. You may also exchange for a wig of the same value. The exchange wig must be of equal, or higher amount. If the cost of the exchange wig is less, the difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. If the cost of the exchange wig is higher, you must pay the difference in price.
We sell only top-quality new pieces. Exchanged wigs, or hairpieces, must be in original condition as received with netting and tags still attached. There must be no damage, or wear and it must be in its original packaging. If the item has been altered in any way, we will not be able to accept it. For example, the wig, or hairpiece, must not be washed, or exposed to smells like perfumes. The item must be in new and re-saleable condition. Additionally, requests for exchange must be within 5 business days of receipt of the product. Requests should be made by e-mailing, cnedd@thehairnetwork.com, or faxing your written request to (313) 557-5238. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Collect shipping returns will be refused.
When returning the wig, or hairpiece, please - on a sheet of paper - include in your package:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the exchange.
- The style name, number and color you would like to replace your return with.
- The shipping address and telephone number.
Properly pack the items and mail back to us. The invoice number and invoice date must be on the outside of the package. We will refuse packages without this information. Mail returns to:

Exchanges can be made for another wig, or hairpiece, of the same value. Otherwise, you should also include a check, or money order, for the balance. You will also be charged for shipping and handling, equal to your original shipping selection
Credits
We do not issue any cash, or credit card refunds. Credits are issued as store credit, which may be used to purchase any wig, or hairpiece, in our collection.
Cancellations
Cancellations of orders more than 24 hours after the order has been filled will incur costs for shipping and handling. The balance will be issued as store credit only. Orders should be cancelled by e-mailing cnedd@thehairnetwork.com.
Back Orders
Occasionally, we may run out of stock of the item/color requested. If this should happen, we will ship the remaining portion of your order according to our regular shipping practices and we will notify you of the backorder. Your credit card will be billed only for the items that are being shipped and the shipping that you selected at the time that the order was placed. Back order items on your order, will be shipped to you promptly as soon as it arrives.
Clearance Items
All sales are final on clearance items.
